  Went in today with my sis to print out a label. I have a business and every time I’ve gone the staff have been very helpful but this time it was Roger Evan’s that was very rude to me and my sister coming to us and saying we couldn’t touch or use the computer in the most unbelievably rude tone, we tried to explain we were just trying to figure out what to do and he continued to be rude even ignoring my sister when she tried to give him back the email slip when we were done and ready to print out the label. I don’t know what the problem is with this individual but he needs to recheck how he treats customers, period

  I’ve been to this store many times as it’s closest to my home. Staff has always been fine and helpful, but today Roger Evans was extremely rude to my sister and me. He talked down to us and was very abrasive while we were trying to send a shipping label to the store email to print something out. He rudely told us we were not to touch the computer (though another associate handed us the laminated store email and pointed us in that direction without mentioning not to touch it) and shooed us out of the way. When I tried to return the laminated email paper to him, he completely ignored me until another associate hurried over. Definitely don’t want to come back here and won’t if I can help it. Consider another store before using this one.

  The associate was very friendly and very understanding of my concerns and the importance of my need for assistance. The associate went over and above to help me with my situation and did a Superb job, exceptionally great job and I am very grateful.

  I DONT LIKE BEING HUSTLED. I brought in a box that I was returning to Amazon. Roger Evans told me if I was comfortable returning the box without tape on it. I told him that I received the box form Amazon that way and it shouldn't be a problem. He told me that it needed tape and for each piece of tape it would be $1.00 and it takes two pieces of tape. I asked him how long are the pieces of tape he told me about 12" long. I told him, I'll buy one piece of tape and cut it in half. He told me, No you have to buy 2 pieces of tape. It's Not the $2.00 for the tape, I felt like I was being hustled by Roger Evans. He was rude and difficult to deal with. Not sure if I'll go back to this UPS Store.
