- MLmark limAug 21, 20255.0I find then more than reasonable in there services ? Sometime it’s the visitor who r holding the line ? By not thinking about other next in line ? They take there time arranging there papers , moving like turtles . Overall , this location deserve an A ?
- RHroy hedrickSep 27, 20201.0Our West Covina, CA. US Post Office, serving the 91790 area has been closed for a year and a half after promise that it would be refurbished and reopened. Again mail that we put out at our residence yesterday, Saturday, for pick up was passed by because we had NO Delivery on Saturday again. Our mail delivery is terrible. Different people on the route and sometimes it comes by noon and then anywhere till 8:00 pm. Service now is the worst it has ever been. As time passes it just seems to get worse. All the local convenient drop boxes have been removed and the lines at the other Post Office locations have increased. No longer customer friendly. Roy Hedrick
