  really nice workers here and helpful but the store is charging 2.93 to print out one black and white paper! omg this should be illegal lol fedex does it for 10 cents

  Whoever was working on 12/21/25 at 2:26pm, my god, if you hate your job just quit and fine a job where you don’t have to deal with customer service. You make the experience of going to UPS terrible. You are so unfriendly, not even a greeting or response when I’m talking to you. You are so extremely rude. I hope upper management sees this and talks to you about your horrible customer service and horrible attitude. You are creating a terrible impression of UPS.

  I've been going here for over a year and they always try to be accomidating to people. Yes as a business they charge for materials used and tell people that next time we will charge you for this or that but this time it's free but some people still complain. One "individual" complained about not being helped but the line was going out the door and ALL of us got really annoyed with this person and they finally told him "sir we've been trying to help you for over 15 minutes" this "person" asked the same questions/discounts repeatatly as if expecting a different answer. We were so happy when he left so the employee could start helping other. The Team has always been professional and kind to people. I've seen them help elderly people with Amazon returns as they did not know how to use the app at all.

  This is about the worker danny, I’ve been a regular customer at this UPS Store and typically pay a flat service fee plus a per-page print cost. During my most recent visit, I was not informed of any pricing changes while I was being assisted. Only at the register was I told I would now be charged an additional $2.50 for every three pages printed as a “time” or assistance fee. There is no posted policy explaining this charge, and when I asked for clarification on how many pages were included before additional fees applied, the answer did not seem clearly defined. The fee was waved for this visit, but afterward the interaction became uncomfortable. The employee assisting me, Danny, became noticeably hostile, laughed when I asked for a standard mailing pouch, and made comments about me leaving a bad review while I was still in the store. I don’t mind paying fair, clearly posted prices, but being surprised with new fees at checkout and experiencing unprofessional behavior made this a disappointing visit. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
