  Don’t go here unless you want RUBY employee since 2022 to put you thru all the BULLSTUFF profile you. and ask you for your account number when you walk in the door. all within 1 min she was trying to train the new guy. Asked for my pay check stubs asked me to call employeers. Like dude I’m trying to make copies. No other branch will treat you like RUBY avoid her Yikes. Manager gone rogue. Been going to fed ex 7years never again. I’ll just go to where they treat people like humans instead of criminals. OFFICE DEPOT across the street. She acted like I was robbing fed ex for trying to make 7$ worth of copies in black in white. After jumping thru all of her ridiculous hoops I realized she was just giving me a hard time. Do go here unless you want your blood pressure and you have plenty of time to play games.

  I was in a hurry to print some doc for my real Id. Unfortunately the workstation computer was not communicating with the printer. So I asked staff "Gerald/Generold/Bernard" (a white gentleman who is around 50 yrs old, with glasses) for help. He was already in the process of assisting other customers, and he still managed to squeeze time to troubleshoot and quickly instructed me to switch to another computer. It printed successfully this time under his guidance. I appreciate his willingness to help at this busy season. It's 3 days before Christmas. The store is packed by customers with all kinds of shipping and printing works. The whole time, he was efficient, professional and clear communicating. He also reminded me to take my USB off the printer before I was about to leave. I was anxious thinking I was going to late for DMV. He really deserves a raise or recognition from FedEx. FedEx should know they have such an excellent employee who puts his full heart in helping customers solve problems.

  I've seen one of your fedex drivers throwing backeges with disrespectfully in the back of the truck and I herd broken glass from within the boxes brake so for the FedEx the driver was a tall Hispanic with a dark short bird and mustache so you guys need to deal with that

  I went in with a neighbor to help him get some documents copied and sent to New Mexico ASAP. Brandon helped us get things squared away simply, explaining all the advancements in the copy machine. It does a lot more than just make copies. We managed to get over 200 page separated, copied, stapled, and bundled together in a matter of 10 minutes. We got everything completed timely with Brandon's simple guidance. As Brandon was getting the shipping document completed, I saw Gordon go over to the copy machines and desk area and wipe things down after each customer was done using them. The cleanliness and discreet job he was doing was very impressive to see, reassuring users of the facilities that you are safe while using a public machine and space. Thank you guys.
