- WGWilma GoldApr 3, 20261.0Inventory is smaller and smaller every time I go in. This time I went in for toner from my printer. They said they dont stock it in the store and I would have to order online. I had to print NOW. That was not an accesseptable answer! I will have to find another store.

We went to Office Max and the chairs alone for the same quality would have cost over $1300 for only 2. It's not for everyone but I do recommend if you send the money it might be worth the 5 year warranty for $80.

The Amazon Return desk had far more people in line to return merchandise than Staples customers who are buying Staples products. Only one person was working both desks at a really busy hour - 5:30 PM. The store was pretty deserted except for the people making Amazon returns. I hope Staples does not go out of business. I love office supply stores and this one is right across the street from where I work. I hope that Amazon pays Staples well for handling all those returns.
