That’s a first and very strange considering he only send me some old mail that’s probably mostly junk mail. Secondly, I am just trying to get ahold of ONE real human being who can tell me if I am able to pick up my mail this Saturday because that’s what it says on the paper i received from them I wanted to make sure. I keep getting put to automated messages and their website doesn’t work. At this point it’ll be easier for me to drive 7 hours to my parents to get my mail. I never write google reviews but this is legit the worst experience i’ve had with honestly any business let alone the god forsaken postal service lol. Please do better or idk pay your employees more so they will actually be willing to come in and work and help us.
