Her behavior left me feeling anxious and shaken — it was honestly one of the most stressful customer service encounters I’ve ever had. It seemed like she was burned out or overwhelmed, but that doesn’t justify treating customers this way. I truly hope the business owner sees this and takes steps to improve the environment and training here. If you need notary services, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere to avoid unnecessary stress.
