- CVchanel vencesNov 17, 20251.0Lady with red pixie haircut was extremely rude. I went in today trying to take my 7 month old daughter’s passport picture. We were served with nothing but frustration even before taking the pictures. I gave up trying to take the picture on our first try due to her lack of customer service and patience. Although I had a terrible experience with her the manager Frank was very nice and patient with my daughter.

One of there other employees at the register saw this and stopped to help me he was very helpful, but she came back and got bothered that he was helping me.
