  We bought 2 office chairs, 2 desks, and a set of ink carthages for our printer. After tax everything cost $1250. We went to Office Max and the chairs alone for the same quality would have cost over $1300 for only 2. It's not for everyone but I do recommend if you send the money it might be worth the 5 year warranty for $80.

  Clarification. I was standing in line to make a purchase at Staples. I was not returning a package to Amazon. The Amazon Return desk had far more people in line to return merchandise than Staples customers who are buying Staples products. Only one person was working both desks at a really busy hour - 5:30 PM. The store was pretty deserted except for the people making Amazon returns. I hope Staples does not go out of business. I love office supply stores and this one is right across the street from where I work. I hope that Amazon pays Staples well for handling all those returns.

  Worst Staples ever! They won’t let me put my own card stock in the self service printers like Office Depot does. Then they wouldn’t print it for me because the card stock that I bought from them says Inkjet printer on the packaging. The lady said “These are Laser Printers. Inkjet paper will not work in them.” LOL! I have used inkjet paper in laser printers hundreds of times! I guess the Xerox laser printers at staples don’t work the same as the Xerox laser printers at Office Depot. To the print lady at the Watsonville Staples… you should know what you’re talking about before you start speaking your BS. I’ve been a computer guy for going on 40 years and I’ve printed hundreds of holiday cards and birthday cards on laser printers using “inkjet cardstock”. In fact I’m on my way back from the Office Depot in Salinas after successfully printing 35 home made Christmas cards on their Xerox Laser printers… using card stock that says Inkjet printers on the packaging. Not one single jam. Took me about 5 minutes on their self service machines.

  Lady with red pixie haircut was extremely rude. I went in today trying to take my 7 month old daughter’s passport picture. We were served with nothing but frustration even before taking the pictures. I gave up trying to take the picture on our first try due to her lack of customer service and patience. Although I had a terrible experience with her the manager Frank was very nice and patient with my daughter.
