Worst place and service. Tried to submit a mail theft report with photo evidence here today , yes a photo with the thief license plate. A staff named Yolanda helped me with a very perfunctory tone first told me it happens all the time that she can take the report, I was skeptical about her attitude so I requested the supervisor, she put me at the end of counter waited for 20 minutes then told me the supervisor is on the street. If this is the case why not saying in the first place? Bunch of lazy staff just try to minimize the effort on work, the usps is bankrupting for a reason I guess.

They lost my $600 package, and when I tried to find out what happened, I was brushed off with a very dismissive attitude. The woman working at the lower counter on Monday had one of the worst customer service attitudes I’ve ever experienced. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

They may close your box for no reason until you find out. They do not provide compensation or anything for your loss. My box was closed for over a month, and some important documents got lost.

One of the worst in the area. A couple of the Asian ladies who work at the front counter are so lazy and rude. The one Asian lady at all the way left station nearest the door is usually grumpy and is so lazy that she won't even grab up your package to scan it herself. She just pushes the scanner to you and expects you to do the scan. Her attitude is very bad also and I have come here many times, but the only day she ever was cordial polite was when a manager was in the lobby monitoring operations. Otherwise, the look on her face usually has some sort of contempt as if she's inconvenienced by customers. Then there is the other short, chubby Asian lady whose work station is on the right side two or three stations away. She is quite incompetent and lazy. For example, I had a prepaid Pri Express envelope to send one day and she is not able to scan it. She tries but her workstation gives her some error. She just says, "oh well, it won't scan". I tell her this is express and I need it scanned for receipt by USPS properly today. She says there is nothing she can do, demonstrates the absolute laziest behavior and careless attitude. I ask her to escalate and find a way to scan it and mention because I ship express routinely, even had an express the previous week and the lady at the other workstation near hers had no problems, so it seems it's a problem with her workstation. I am forced to insist she resolve this. What she does next is not even move out of her seat but instead yells very loud for her supervisor to saying, "he wants to know why it won't scan!". Such a lazy and unprofessional person. I correct her and say, no I would like you to figure out how to scan it such as escalate for some technical help because it seems something is wrong with your workstation. Her supervisor comes out and immediately tells me that my label must be counterfeit. I laugh and tell her I own a business and we have shipped a couple hundred thousand items with USPS over 20 years, and these are definitely legitimate labels. But still both of them are just like, oh well, and saying the problem is my package label. So I walk to the automated kiosk a few feet away there in the lobby from then and I scan the label successfully, proving the problem is the short, chubby incompetent lady and not my label, then hand the package to them and they say nothing. There are definitely plenty of other problems with this supervisor too. I don't know her name but she has a cane and she usually waddles out to the lobby near closing time and then starts yelling at the customers for coming in at the last 15 minutes. This is ridiculous because if your operating hours are open then you shouldn't be screaming at customers for being there. I've seen her numerous times be quite rude to customers due to her own impatience when customers are unfamiliar or needing assistance. Despite all this, there are a couple Hispanic ladies who also work at the front counter stations and they are very nice to deal with. However, this supervisor and the two Asian ladies I mentioned are the most unhelpful and lazy, even by USPS standards which are already low.
