Every time I have visited for the past year they are always more than willing to assist me with whatever I need. The employees here take the time to answer my questions thoroughly and with patience. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service they provide and even though this UPS store is half an hour away from where I live, this is now my go-to UPS Store. 👍😊

Generally I do not write a review for a quick 5 minute interaction, but the service was so phenomenal I had to make sure to drop a quick review. Robert was extremely friendly as soon as I entered the store and even helped me with some boxes I had in my car. I've dropped off many packages before at other shipping businesses and the employees will just watch you struggle and hold the door open with your foot while carrying an arm full of boxes into the store... Not this place! I felt like I was VIP or a regular customer. I also had alot of questions from tracking to shipping options and Robert was patient and friendly throughout the entire interaction. I highly recommend this UPS store and will definitely be using them for my services again. Thank you!
