  This one star rating is for their Notary Service. I made an appointment for a 4:45 signing and the person showed up at 5:10. Walked through the door and asked if I needed help. Once I said I was there for a 4:45 Notary appointment, he let me know that he had to go to his car to grab his book. When he returned, he carried in loads of unmade boxes. (It was clear that my appointment and that he was late was of no matter.) Never a “thank you for waiting” or “apology for wasting your time”. Because I’ve been to the UPS store on Main and also in Alamo, I expected service to meet the expectations set by the other stores. Unfortunately, this one is an exception. If you value your time and respect, I recommend you go elsewhere for notary services.

  They are so nice. They are better here than all the other UPS stores. They are helpful and charming and delightful. Some of the other UPS stores around me are super grumpy. I love these people.

  My package didn’t arrive at its destination. Staff were very helpful in finding the tracking number but no reimbursement offered for the lost package, which was a gift.

  I called ahead to schedule a notary appointment, as they required, specifically on the day they said their notary comes in. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment and informed me the notary had cancelled that morning. Their explanation is that they likely wrote my name on a piece of paper and lost it because they were busy... I rearranged my schedule to make this work, and the experience was a complete waste of my time. Given it's 2026, there's really no excuse for this level of disorganization with the available technology. I ended up going to a different UPS store, but overall a really disappointing experience. Is it really that difficult to have some sort of digital appointment system? I wouldn't have minded being told the notary needed to cancel that morning and having to reschedule the time.

  I used to pickup my orders from this store UPS but this time they have new manger he is super rude zero customer service he treat me so bad I shows him my email shows my order is ready to pickup with his address store he’s let me wait with my tow Bebe even I call in the morning to check if my order there he is treat so bad and he’s told me I will call you back no body call my and then I went the store with my bebe to picked my order he told me wait with my Bebes it was 6 days to my order He’s told me go check your order in the back of his store I said that’s not my work and he’s told go out of this store I never go back and order throw this store zero customer service
