- MHmiles hammondDec 30, 20255.0Noralyn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in addressing all my print and shipping needs even when I didn’t have all the information I needed she proactively did some quick investigation and used creative problem solving to get the job done and meeting and exceed expectations in a timely manner all with the friendliest attitude. And this has happened on several occasions which is why I always choose this store location to go to. Absolute rockstar.

Has denied multiple things and given attitude and worst of all rejected things because he’s claimed they weren’t up to specifications. I’ve then taken those exact items to another UPS store and they’ve taken them no problem. This has happened 4 times that for awhile we would drive up and see if he was working and if he was we would just go to another store because he always has an attitude and tries to upsell things. This is a bad ups store simply because of this worker. I have stopped trying to come here because I know he will just be a pain to deal with and will drive miles out of my way to avoid. It would be forgivable if he had a nice demeanor but he has been rude to my wife and myself calling us liars and saying he can’t do something only to have one of his co-workers turn around and handle something with no issues. Worst UPS store ever, just because of one person.
