  Went in to print a 1 page form. Not the fastest workers but besides that he asked me for over 3$ after making it, and i asked him why so expensive for just 1 copy no colors. He said he couldn’t print it the regular way and that was the price. Didn’t have time to have a conversation with him so i paid and left, but they surely scam people in there.

  Alex and Matt were very helpful with my printing project. When I came in my project was a mess and didn’t look good at all. Alex cleaned it up for me and made it perfect and even though it was last minute I got same day printing and was out of there in less than 1 hour. I will definitely be returning for other printing needs.

  I needed to send an urgent document via fax but was told the faxing feature was out of service. No "sorry," no estimate of when fax machines might be up and running again, no suggestions of other fax services in the area. Fortunately, I found a family-run alternative with excellent customer service just blocks away from this FedEx.

  I previously shared a frustrating experience at the store but have had since had multiple pleasant visits. Last night, Elena helped me streamline the print and go process and helped me figure out how to use multiple payment methods to pay for a print job…. yes I was the customer trying to split payment across a card, cash&change, and a FedEx print card (I’m sorry!). This would’ve been impossible for me to figure out how to do at the station in less than 20 minutes but Elena had everything printed and rung up for me in less than five. The other staff here are kind and thoughtful and have helped me numerous times by suggesting strategies that have saved me time and money. I also appreciate that this store is obviously well attended by management and employees. In a retail setting it is important for staff to notice who comes in and out of the store and at this store this is executed consistently and in a way that feels customer service oriented rather than hostile.

  Nice people, but be aware that their passport services are a complete scam. You still need to visit the post office or other authorized agent, and FedEx won't get the passport to you any more quickly. Do NOT give them your money for this service!
