- DDDeannaFeb 5, 20262.0I received a “missed delivery” slip even though I was home all day and never heard a knock or doorbell. The next morning, I went to this post office to pick up the item and waited 30 minutes, only to be told the letter was missing and the slip was “too vague.” While waiting, I saw several confused customers who weren’t given clear instructions. If you’re new to shipping packages, this location does not help with packing, printing address labels, or explaining the process. I used to work in customer service, so I understand how difficult the job can be. Customers can be impatient, and not everything goes smoothly. However, offering basic guidance would be far more helpful than pointing at an area to complete/pack your item and go back to the end of the line. Another issue: Our mail carrier also frequently delivers packages 3–7 days after tracking shows “delivered.” It shouldn’t be this hard to receive mail. I’m giving this location two stars only because a kind employee was working alone at the front, while her colleagues in the back did not assist her. Her colleague even complained loudly that she didn’t hear her request for help…in front of customers. Unprofessional. I’d rather go to USPS near my work office.
