  Had a a pretty good experience and communication from about July 7-July 30th. I let my recruiter know, Juliana Bravo, I would be moving back to central valley she advised me she would help connect me with a recruiter in my new area but never did. However there was little to no communication after that. I tried reaching out back to walnut creek location to see if they could potentially find me a site for 2-3 days out of the week because i do work full time and it’s really hard to get a job without much experience so i’m willing to go back 3 hrs a week JUST to get experience. From mid august to now i had been trying to get in contact and have only received 3 messages from her. Called site to get in contact with manager and i didn’t get the name of woman i was talking to but she had an ugly attitude, wasn’t helpful at all and told me that she probably didn’t contact me for 2 reasons (i’m not in area and limited availability), she said she would transfer me to a manager even though she was a manager herself… she also told me they don’t have patient care medical assisting jobs even though i had initially started in the MA path and got sent out to a site for medical assisting. I NEVER do bad reviews and am very patient (almost 2 months patient) but the way the lady was on phone with earlier me this morning when I was just trying to get ahold of someone to help me advance in my career was very unnecessary. I attached a picture that shows I had done a job for medical assisting as well cause she could have nicely explained they didn’t have it anymore instead of making me feel like an idiot lol.

  Don't work with Panicia Stroski, a smug, rude and unprofessional woman. As a business owner I've used Robert Half in the past and I even hired one of their temps full time (and paid a fee). I have given Robert Half quite a bit of money. But because I didn't make a decision fast enough about hiring a temp worker, Panicia cancelled my order and was very rude in her communications with me. She seems like she should be a back office worker with no contact with the customer. She has no idea how to act professionally with business owners and shouldn't be the "practice director", maybe someone who opens mail.

  In my most recent experience with them they always send emails about jobs with no one to respond or its simply you didn't get the job because I didn't press send on my email first, They need more details offered to their potential clients about the position they're being contacted about, when you call in they usually transfer you to someone with little to no action coming from a conversation, I honestly have them as a backup staffing company because the jobs sound good but hardly reachable unlike my experience with Aerotek.

  They found me a job very quickly. I had ups and downs processing the documents because I was on my CPT period, however Joann helped me a lot being supportive and patient.
