The individual there (Alex or Alen) was NOT VERY FRIENDLY. There was nobody inside the store and he WAS ANNOYED that I asked him for help. Very rude behavior ... to add insult to injury he charged me 0.37 per sheet PLUS $2.50 for 'handling'. My four pages Black & White prints end up costing $4.67!!! What a RIP OFFFFF!! Never use that location everyone. Buyer beware... dishonest and unethical!!

I've been to several FedEx locations and based on those experiences and my relatively complicated set of errands I expected to be here for at least half an hour, but in fact I was done in 5 minutes thanks to a knowledgeable and efficient employee whose name I unfortunately forgot.

Most recently, I arrived around 7:08 p.m. — well before their posted 8:00 p.m. closing time — to print a few pages at the self-service station. While I was there, the restroom was suddenly blocked off. When I asked if it was closed, the manager said, “We close it close to close.” I checked my watch: 7:13 p.m. No cleaning crew, no sign it was being serviced — just arbitrarily closed early. It’s frustrating because this isn’t the first time I’ve been turned away or treated curtly by the same person when arriving before closing. Customers who drive here after work should be able to use basic facilities until the store actually closes. The other staff I’ve met have been kind and professional, but management at this location needs to do better. -JM
