- LSLisa StephensonDec 8, 20255.0Wonderful Fedex store. I was hesitant going in there this close to the holidays, expecting long lines and bad service. Instead, I was assisted right away. My whole transaction took less than a minute and it a huge store. A whole area of work stations, several employees, a lot of products. Parking is a little tight but a small price to pay for top notch customer service, which you would never receive at the one located in Brentwood. Go to this FedEx if you need packaging services.

The individual there (Alex or Alen) was NOT VERY FRIENDLY. There was nobody inside the store and he WAS ANNOYED that I asked him for help. Very rude behavior ... to add insult to injury he charged me 0.37 per sheet PLUS $2.50 for 'handling'. My four pages Black & White prints end up costing $4.67!!! What a RIP OFFFFF!! Never use that location everyone. Buyer beware... dishonest and unethical!!
