- KRKallin RappaportDec 16, 20251.0Just left the post office. I went in because I dropped off three packages yesterday, two have been scanned and the third still says awaiting arrival. I was concerned because the one that still says “awaiting” is for a customer and is very expensive. The gentleman I spoke with first tried doing some investigating to see where it is and came up empty handed so he pulled over a woman who seemed to be management. She is middle aged, straight brown longish hair with an accent. She proceeded to belittle, gaslight and told me the people scanning probably “got lazy” and maybe forgot to scan my third package. She talked over me constantly and I feel like she didn’t understand what I was explaining to her. She didn’t help me and made me feel dumb for being concerned about my $100+ package. She said to next time not use the drop box if I was SO concerned about my packages getting lost as if I did something wrong by trying to be efficient and trusting of the post office?? I’ve never had an issue and have sold and dropped off over 350 items over the past few years. Really disrespectful - her attitude was out of this world. She should not be in allowed to help customers as her soft skills are 0/10.
