When it was my turn there was no "Thank you", "Have a nice day" or anything like that. I was treated like a number and not a person.

One was helping someone and the other really took her time before helping the person in front of me who she was very short and dismissive with. I was just dropping off an envelope. The only word she said to greet me was ‘scale’. I was confused because the envelope was prepaid so I hesitated. She said ‘put the envelope on the scale’ like she was reprimanding a child. She asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no and she said nothing else. No thank you or you’re all set. Nothing.
