We’ve been in line long before these other people were helped at the registers, and instead of helping us with our Amazon return they’re taking care of everybody who has walked in after us. Will never come back. Amazon return line is huge with zero help.

Then once my return was processed he proceeded to help a customer with a purchase and made me wait for my receipt until the transaction was done even though I was there before the other customer. Very rude.

I was completely ignored as if I wasn’t even standing there. This wasn’t a simple mistake. It was unprofessional, disrespectful and showed zero regard for customers’ time.

For example, don’t suggest that they google their question, don’t tell them that the ink for their printer probably doesn’t in their store anymore because the customer has a 2 yr. old printer. Yet Staples does carry the ink I needed. And third, take the Customer to the item, don’t just point and expect them to find it.
