For example, don’t suggest that they google their question, don’t tell them that the ink for their printer probably doesn’t in their store anymore because the customer has a 2 yr. old printer. Yet Staples does carry the ink I needed. And third, take the Customer to the item, don’t just point and expect them to find it.

Attempted to return an Amazon package here, but found that when short-handed, the Amazon line does not get addressed at all while there are customers in the checkout line. I waited a long time as people continued to pile up. This left me no time for convenience shopping, which I think is the whole point for Staples to have Amazon returns. I'm going back to UPS Store for my future returns, so with Amazon having better prices, there's literally no reason to shop here anymore.

He picked up the chair and assembled it for us in less than 24 hours. He also took time with us to learn about and select a new printer. Great store and wonderful staff!
