If you need help, or anything customer service related- run away! Doesn’t matter if it’s printing, shipping, returning an Amazon pkg or checking items at the register- they aren’t helpful. If anything- the employees act like you’re putting them out & annoying them. If it’s customer service you provide, hiring associates to deliver that customer service should be a no-brainer. Other than it being a store for office supplies- the associates at this location don’t make it worth the effort to go here. Go to Dollar Tree instead- atleast they greet their customers with friendliness. -giving 1 star because they’re great at leaving you alone.

If you want a laugh, go inside, stand at the copy center and see how long it takes the guy trying his best to look busy to actually acknowledge you. Then, see how long it takes for someone else to come help you because he can't be bothered. Literally 0 customer service vibes here. Pure hostility. The staff really don't want you to be there, and they can't really mask it.

We’ve been in line long before these other people were helped at the registers, and instead of helping us with our Amazon return they’re taking care of everybody who has walked in after us. Will never come back. Amazon return line is huge with zero help.
