- ACAlexander Ch.Feb 23, 20261.0I strongly advise everyone to avoid FedEx if you care about reliability, honesty, or basic customer service. Tracking number: 888887339274. My package was first delayed from Saturday to Sunday. Then on Monday, tracking falsely claimed a delivery attempt was made at 1:26 PM and that “nobody was home.” I was home the entire time. No knock. No doorbell. No call. Nothing. After that, the driver marked my address as “incorrect.” This is completely absurd. I regularly receive mail and packages at this exact address without any issue. Somehow, only FedEx couldn’t “find” it. This package required a signature and contained my child’s birthday gift. Because of this false delivery attempt and incorrect address status, my child did not receive his present on his birthday. That is unacceptable. Customer service was useless. I called immediately and asked them to contact the driver. I offered to drive to the local facility. I offered to meet the driver anywhere. I was ready to do whatever it takes to get the package the same day. The answer? “Wait until tomorrow.” No accountability. No urgency. No real help. If drivers can log delivery attempts without actually attempting delivery and mark valid addresses as incorrect, that’s a serious service failure. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I will avoid FedEx in the future and strongly recommend others do the same.
