    Serena Ceballos was so sweet and nice with my return and was actually willing to do it didn’t make no excuses about me making a return that wasn’t an Amazon return she made my day with how amazing she was and made it super easy for me

    Very rude and no desire to help customers. My husband went in to do a return. The email said for him to show the facility the email and they would be able to assist. He was told they could not help him because, you know, the label needed to be printed out and the package needed to be boxed. Not only do they have printers and printing in their store, but it is a shipping facility and they have boxes and tape to package things. When i went in to complete the same task. I asked if I could use the printer to print off the label and was rudely told "you're going to have to wait, you need to email it to us." Since they were going to charge me over $5. To print one page anyways, I decided to go elsewhere to print and package my shipment. I will bring it back to them to ship only because the label has been made. We will never come here for any services again. Update: I found out I could bring elsewhere, so I did. Staples copy center was helpful and friendly. I recommend going there for your UPS return needs (as long as you have a UPS label!)
