Instead of saying "thanks, I learned something", she said "next time go to someone else that has done this, I had never done this before". The mindset now a days is concerning! Human connection and appreciation is lost.

The staff is hit or miss, the unprofessional individuals are tragic at their jobs. Those who are patient are very patient, however. It is unfortunately a guess as to who you are going to get.
