- MLMike LandesJan 3, 20265.0I like to give huge props for a carrier that definitely goes above and beyond. Dana Cisneros on her free time meaning when she's off work is and is continuing to care for my mom (Dana is her mail carrier) who had to go to the cardiac wing at Loma Linda where's she's at for the moment. She has been cleaning her house, feed her dogs and whatever is needed to care for my mom when she's not at her job at Victorville post office. Her boss/mgr should make her employee of the month. This is what I call superb service. Not a lot of people are like this. She's has a personal life outside her job and she gives up a lot of her free time to care for my mom. Please praise Dana for her huge heart, compassion and going well beyond.

I've not met the other employees behind the scene that sort the mail and place in the po boxes. It's a big job, but they need to be more careful and be sure to put mail in the correct boxes. 5 stars for Christopher and Johanna
