They canceled my passport appointment twice in the morning when my appointment was and they don’t pick up the phone. They conveniently were able to call me and leave a voicemail to tell me the appointment was canceled, but were not available otherwise. Go somewhere else

These workers are rude and unprofessional.
I try to avoid them by dropping off at 6am when they open however that’s NEVER the case because it’s always closed until 6:45am-7am.
I’m not sure why they don’t unlock the doors when they’re supposed to at 6am.
Hesperia opens at 6am on the dot !!

Terrible! Our mailboxes were broken into 2 MONTHS ago. The apparently understaffed employees have not come to change the main lock in 2 MONTHS!!! We all have to go to the Green Tree postoffice and stand in 45 MINUTE LINES to get our mail. This is an ELDERLY community, but they can't get it together to fix their lock so that ELDERLY people don't have to spend HOURS and HOURS in line for their mail for the last 2 MONTHS! TERRIBLE!!!
