The staff is hit or miss, the unprofessional individuals are tragic at their jobs. Those who are patient are very patient, however. It is unfortunately a guess as to who you are going to get.

This is the main post office for a rapidly growing city of over 130,000 people, with a huge population increase in the last 10 years. The employees remain professional, helpful, and patient despite the workload. A little understanding goes a long way — they truly do their best.

I didn’t have the address written on my package because no pens are available in the lobby, and she got an attitude with me over it. She told me to wait to the side and she’d help me when I had it written, but kept calling other customers even after I told her I was done writing it down. Then she started talking shit to the other customer about me for not having the address written down when I came in, even though the box I had was purchased there and again there’s no pens anywhere for you to write on the box before getting to the counter. I don’t understand why she was so mad about me not having the address written down yet it was like she took it personally. I ended up leaving her line to ask another teller to help me because Yesenia was being so mean to me over it
