    driver Ruben Gonzalez is very rude and not helpful. He is the only driver that will not take packages for delivery from the office when it clearly states on the box that scheduling not needed. Ruben has said that he will return for the pick up and never does.

    Francisca is hands down the most helpful and sweetest representative for UPS. I always look forward to her helping me every time I come in because I know it will be a great experience

    Terrible customer service I went to ups store Sunday I needed a return label couldn't bring my package because it was to heavy to lift. When I went to the counter the young man ask the woman working there how to do it she said I had to screen shoot it and sent it to store email. Unfortunately I didn't bring my reading glass and she said we can't help you I expressed the print was to small and they have help me before. She was very rude and went in the back. It took me a minute but I was able to do it straining my eyes while the line got longer and she didn't come out to help. Then the young man said it didn't go through so while I struggling to do it again he said yes it just can through. To make it worse there was no paper in the printer so he had to go in the back to get her and sheb went again in the back to do something to get my return sheet. What a horrible experience bad cutomer service. Your employees need a class on how to treat customer and be respectful!!!!
