It's the same excuse every time, there's a Gate, Only from this delivery company. I live in a Gated Community, that they could call me from or go through Security/ Office that's right next to the Entry Gate. But these Delivery drivers are the worst and don't take the extra few minutes to ask for entry. Every other Delivery Service can deliver packages with No Problems. But this Fed Ex is Horrible. This has been an issue with them (Only) almost every single Delivery that I'm supposed to receive from them. I always end up driving to the Location on Indusrial and have to have someone locate and pull the package from delivery to pick it up myself or it'll get stuck as undeliverable for a few days in a circle because they won't go through the Office. Do yourself a Favor and have suppliers use a different delivery service if your looking to receive your Package in a timely manner without Excuses. High Desert Fed Ex is Bad.

My wife didn’t speak to her because of how rude she was being. We had questions and she replied like we were suppose to know as if we work there. Change the attitude and treat every customer with kindness.
