  I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for this FedEx Ship Center, as I’ve had positive experiences here for years using a company FedEx account. Unfortunately, today’s interaction was unacceptable. When I asked for help shipping an item that I was unsure of the appropriate packaging method, I was told, “We don’t do that, we don’t do packaging here,” in a dismissive and rude manner. I’ve shipped nationwide with FedEx for over six years and have never encountered this level of unwillingness to assist with a basic request. Worst of all, the item I was attempting to ship was an essential component of a clinical analyzer supporting patient diagnostic testing, making the lack of professionalism even more disappointing. Ultimately, I chose to ship the item elsewhere since I did not feel comfortable entrusting this shipment to that individual. Of course, regardless of the item being shipped or if it’s a company account or an average Joe, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. To be clear, this is not a reflection of the facility as a whole, which has been consistently reliable, but of the individual representing FedEx today. Additional customer service training is clearly needed.

  Man this place is terrible. Tondra was the lady at the front desk and she was so incredibly rude and short with her responses when I had a question. I came in I smiled at her and said hello I was nervous because I didn’t have a box and I was needing help. So I proceeded to ask her for help I asked her if she knew what box I needed and she said no then when I proceeded to get the wrong box, she told me that I got the wrong box so then I went to get the right box and I asked her if she knew how to fold it properly. I didn’t ask her to do it for me. I just asked her if she knew how and she just shrugged her shoulders at me and said we don’t pack here. I wasn’t asking for her to pack it for me. I was just asking if she knew how to properly show me to close it and she just looked at me like I was stupid. Didn’t answer my question and said well I got tape. I can just do that for you. That’s not what I was asking for I was asking for help the whole time. She was rude and short made it feel terrible so FedEx, you guys need to do better, you can’t have people like that working in the front. It is not right and it’s bad for business.
