- GLGabriela lopezFeb 9, 20221.0Hayer por la tarde fuimos mi esposo y yo ha tramitar el pasaporte de mis hijos y fue el peor servicio y sobre todo la persona quien nos atendió fue muy desagradable con nosotros ella se llama (DJ) me senty discriminada por ella en el transcurso del llenado de la forma del pasaporte ella mensiono q las fotos No estaban muy bien pero ella no quiso tomarse fotos amis hijos y antes de nosotros estaban una pareja haciendo el mismo papeleo y a ellas si les quiso tomar fotos espero que agan algo con esta persona . Nunca recomendaría este lugar ni bolveria ha tramitar pasaportes.

Women at counter today 10-05-21 at 230 pm, said I don't tape. I sell tape. Unbelievable. Customer service is gone. Obviously I left. Went to pack and ship. Happily taped it shut and sent package.
