And, it doesn't matter if you are on the phone with them or actually at post office, the problems being rectified is a loss so profound and inevitably a unit of life not well spent.

I called and it takes customers service an hour and 30 minuets to answer??? All I want is to talk to someone so I can know if my package has been sitting there or someone stole it. I don’t live in LA i live in North Carolina. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
