Knowing that, I still use this post office over the bigger one by the high school any day. This is a fantastic post office if you need to do simple transactions on a non-busy/holiday day. Mark is lovely, kind and helpful, unlike his counterparts at the bigger post office off Telegraph/Wake Forest.

The one time I was able to make it in the guy charged me $7 extra for shipping because my box was 1 inch over some pre-determined size. So they pound the rule book but not when it comes to keeping the store open.
- ASAndrea SamayoaOct 10, 20185.0Honestly I always so happen to get the same worker when I go there, and he’s always given me great customer service and has always been quick about it. The only “problem” I have is that they don’t have the boxes and envelopes available 24/7 so that you can fill out the addresses at home, that part closes off when the office closes, but you can still access your PO box and drop off mail 24/7.
