- TSTracy ShepherdAug 9, 20215.0The Montalvo Post Office is the best in Ventura - at least as far as I'm concerned. They are always friendly & the wait time is minimal if any. They do their jobs quickly so if there is a line it usually goes pretty fast. The only bummer is the whole office including the PO Box area is closed on Sundays. I understand it used to be open all the time until some jerk (probably homeless) decided to use it as a restroom. That's just flat-out disgusting. Can't blame them for closing it!
