For they would say Nothing at ALL!!! Mailing a box today only waited about 6 minutes and I guess its the Supervisor telling me sorry for the wait. I don't get IT???

It took one week for the priority mail package to arrive and the other never arrived. Same shipping address mailed from the Wake Forest office. That was a month ago so I assumed that someone in the postal service helped themselves to the contents or there is a box sitting somewhere in "unclaimed mail". I have very little faith in the USPS these days. No recourse because although I have a tracking number it wasn't insured.

I miss the nice lady Susan, she would go over and beyond to help me locate missing packages and was always available when I called.

I’ve been in there probably 8 times, and they never fix it despite me jumping through all of their hoops repeatedly. They act annoyed with me, instead of their flawed system. I give up!
