For they would say Nothing at ALL!!! Mailing a box today only waited about 6 minutes and I guess its the Supervisor telling me sorry for the wait. I don't get IT???

It took one week for the priority mail package to arrive and the other never arrived. Same shipping address mailed from the Wake Forest office. That was a month ago so I assumed that someone in the postal service helped themselves to the contents or there is a box sitting somewhere in "unclaimed mail". I have very little faith in the USPS these days. No recourse because although I have a tracking number it wasn't insured.

I miss the nice lady Susan, she would go over and beyond to help me locate missing packages and was always available when I called.

I’ve been in there probably 8 times, and they never fix it despite me jumping through all of their hoops repeatedly. They act annoyed with me, instead of their flawed system. I give up!

He makes no attempt to deliver packages, always leaves notice to pick it up yourself. If that wasn't bad enough, he's completely rude and won't even turn around and acknowledge you when you're standing right by him. Other people need a job, you know.
