After calling Amazon customer service they confirmed the UPS Store location SHOULD NOT be charging for the returns. I will not be visiting this store again, I do not know how they are allowed to do this.

Also, we absent-mindedly left a phone in the store; they went above and beyond to assure we were able to reclaim it. I observed their professionalism with several customers, and felt confident and comfortable with the service we received. Well met and I wish this branch much success in the future, as they obviously and actively care about their customers.
