  My issue is opposite of some recent complaints. This company (now delivering "Arrowhead Water") just keeps bringing the water bottles and leaving them in front of the door of any empty office. They never respond to why they keep delivering water but they keep billing and billing. Don't use this company for anything as they appear untrustworthy to say the least. Not a good company to trust for anything and their customer service is a joke.

  This company charges me monthly and hasn't delivered water in over five months. Started out as Sparkletts. My online account says I need to pay a balance to resume service, but I have a zero balance and they keep successfully charging me each month. When I contact customer support, they assure me that I will receive my scheduled delivery but the date comes and goes, they charge me and I get receive nothing. Luckily I had some extra bottles delivered over a year ago in case of emergency. But now I have about 12 empty bottles for them to pick up.

  I was a customer of ready refresh for 4 years and they just merged to Primo. The worst company ever. They will not bring you your order they will charge you they wont tell you theres no customer service and you can only get orders with 3 weeks notice and then the day will come and they will bring 1 5 gallon juh as opposed to the 6 your ordered
