They will not bring you your order they will charge you they wont tell you theres no customer service and you can only get orders with 3 weeks notice and then the day will come and they will bring 1 5 gallon juh as opposed to the 6 your ordered

The drivers were incredible and courteous, service was prompt and reliable. Then they merged with Primo and it's been nothing but frustration, hours wasted on hold and actionless "resolutions" to delivery issues. They have not managed to get a single delivery correct since the merger and every time I have to deal with customer service, I waste at least an hour and only get empty promises. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for water delivery service. I wouldn't use Primo even if they were free.

You’ll be on hold for over an hour and that’s not an exaggeration. Primo brands has rescheduled my delivery 5 times now. I called earlier today and was on hold for an hour and a half. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me they would “send a message to the branch to make sure they get there today” only to receive an email about 15min ago saying “sorry we missed you, we’ve rescheduled you to Wednesday” 🤬 they didn’t even come by!! WORSE COMPANY EVER!

I say force because we literally told him no three times while he still insisted on leaving a dispenser at our front door. Overall just an extremely unpleasant experience and honestly my wife and I felt very uncomfortable.
