USPS post offices like this should be a good reminder why the govt shouldn't be running things like deliveries. They have no incentive to do a better job or make customers happy. Everyone in line basically had some kind of complaint or issue getting their mail while I was here. They dont care either, because they're a govt employee. I had no problems receiving General Delivery in the past but they decided they just dont want to accept Amazon packages and Fed Ex parcels. So my deliveries all had to be sent back, deal with more headaches trying to figure out how to get them, I had to drive on down there before work and jump through all kinds of hoops just because accepting Amazon or Fed Ex is too much for them. Just shut down the whole thing and give up if you guys can't handle mail and deliveries, leave it up to privatized business who have more incentive to make people happy.

Seventh circle of hell. Literally the worst post office location I have ever been to. It is chronically understaffed and under resourced, which is not the fault of the solo employee working the front. However trying to argue with me about labeling packages after I asked for a sticky label (totally normal request at any other location) is the fault of the solo employee. There are never any pens available to fill out forms (theft is the culprit here, so they stop replacing them). Perhaps a well funded and staffed postal service could solve a few of these issues... In the meantime, go to a different location if you can.
