  The crew here are rude..specially the old white lady..they are not accomodating and are lazy..even if there are only few customers but they dont want to help and assist you in your printing jobs..so disappointing…

  Printing here was a dream! James answered all my questions with such calm energy. I had to urgently print something I didn’t think would take long, but he made it happen so quickly. My print came out better than I would have done by myself. He not only took the time to help me, but was multitasking and helping others with such care and attention as well. This is so rare now. Staples, you have a stellar employee with James!

  I've shopped at several Staples stores. This is an excellent store in the very good chain. I find greater selection and at Staples than at Office Depot.

  I had a really disappointing experience here due entirely to the staff. The employees came across as incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. There was a noticeable attitude of annoyance; lots of huffing and puffing about having to be at work. It made the whole environment uncomfortable. What stood out most was the way all customers were spoken to. The tone was aggressive and condescending, as if basic questions or interactions were an inconvenience. It honestly felt like we were bothering them just by being there. I had a simple print job. I tried to make it easy by labeling them clearly and organizing them in the email. But, nonetheless I was still met with annoyance. Customer service should never feel like this. I understand everyone has off days, but this seemed to be a consistent attitude across multiple employees. It really takes away from the experience. For me, I will not be returning.

  The employees are rude and will not hesitate to let you know you are bothering them. I asked if someone could help me get a pair of headphones and the blonde lady with the face mask go really upset and with such disdain towards my request begrudgingly ask for assistance over the intercom. I headed to the section and waited for a while. Then the security guard came over and just stood thete looking at me like I was gonna be shoplifting. I felt so uncomfortable and felt like i was been treated like some common petty thief. I decided to leave since it was clear that the only one giving some form of "customer service" was the loss prevention personnel.
