She then had me pay $7.67 for a replacement box. I’ve done plenty of returns before and never had this issue. For context, I was reusing the original packaging with all the filler it came with, so it felt unnecessary. Nothing inside was fragile either. It honestly came across like an upsell rather than a real requirement. Just a heads-up to double-check their policies before shipping here. I’d probably drive farther to a different location next time.

Nothing inside was fragile + I was using plenty of original fillers & the original box. Didn't want to spend any, I asked would it make more sense to use a new box, assuming it may be a bit cheaper? The lady at the desk said yes and switched box for me. After it was sealed & taped, she proceeded and charged me almost $8. Excuse me - I appreciate all your help, but what a waste of time & money. So buyers be super aware - All they want is just charge you more. Will not make the same mistake again.
