He is so friendly, likable, and overall - he's a great asset to UPS! Yesterday I went in to ship out some computer equipment for my job and not only did he quote me a reasonable price, but he took his time in wrapping everything with care as the items where very very fragile. Thank you both to Darius and Eric!

The female staff just directed me to contact Amazon. When I asked to speak to the manager she transferred me to her coworker name Darius. When asked if he was the manager he hesitated to answer my question. This was the worse customer service. Staff pretending to be managers.Dont drop off your packages there. Will file a complaint with Amazon.

I had to wait for her to finish her call, basically just wasting my time because, apparently, their notary services end at 5PM. It was a bit unprofessional, and I wish the store posted the different hours for notary services.
