  Terrible customer service. I spoke with the manager once before about it yet, every time I come here it’s the same. The guy working the Amazon returns desk is choosy as to who he is polite to. Not begging for kindness but truly find it disappointing that he has never greeted me the way I’ve noticed he does others, before and after he services me. He definitely goes out of his way to make sure I’m aware of the different approaches. He forgets to say hello but never forgets his sales pitch for the promotions they run occasionally.

  Best Staples experience ever! Brandi helped us with purchasing our printer and was so thoughtful, thorough with all information we needed to know and was so kind!! We walked out with a smile :) thanks Brandi!!!

  Came here to print passport photos that were originally taken at another Staples location in Hollywood. After waiting about 10 minutes, the sales associate returned with a camera and insisted on retaking the photos (mind you the picture I needed to be printed wasn’t even from me)— even though I clearly explained that I already had the pictures saved on the Staples USB flash drive I was holding in my hand. It seemed like she was incapable of understanding what I needed. Then she refused to print the photos, claiming they can only print out passport pictures which are taken with their own camera at the store. She suggested that I go to a CVS PHARMACY to get them printed instead. Honestly, it’s disappointing and quite embarrassing that a printing company like Staples would direct a customer to a pharmacy for something so basic — especially when the original photos were taken at one of their own stores.

  Horrible customer service. First off, the layout very hard to locate simple things like paper asked for help and she kind of brushed it off. And told me it was down an aisle as I went to check out the same woman was behind the register she was with another customer and had told me to go.By the printer photocopy area to check out.So I waited for her to arrive over there as there was a huge line of people doing custom work at the printing department another woman had told me that the registers were down and that I should go back to the original spot that I was at at the front of the store as I approach two people walk in the store and jump in front of me i am now standing here waiting for the four customers ahead of me that weren't even in the store.When I was originally trying to check out to tackle their needs mind you, I am on my thirty minute lunch just trying to get copy paper and a few pens.This store was not efficient or organized. Disappointed.

  Stopped by to scan and email about 30 docs. James assisted me and I was in and out in 15 minute's. Great service!!
