  The package arrived in the US from China in less than two days, but it is sitting at the local DHL for four days waiting for delivery. I called them, and while they were nice on the phone, the local delivery from Van Nuys to our warehouse so far is two times longer than the flight from China to LA (I do not even have the package yet). Plus, their charges are ridiculous

  Was tracking my shipment and it suddenly was marked that the delivery was attempted and nobody was home but nobody ever came. I called immediately and they said sorry they can’t go back. That’s bad customer service. The driver obviously made a mistake and they don’t do anything to make things right. A good company would contact their driver and have them go back. Nope not them. Joke.

  I came here to send my family A birthday present in Mexico and Mitra was so kind and helped me do everything I needed to do. She helped me get all the documents I need to make someone birthday special. Would def recommend you having her help you for any shipments you want to make.

  Very poor customer service, trying to pay my bill and doesn’t let me do it online. On hold for 18 minutes so far, you’re worthless. I call the billing phone number yet now I’m somehow on the phone with tech support who just transfers me around.
