When I came back, they said I'm not supposed to pack it. . Then they said "well I'm not the one that helped you". Bunch of bozos.

I have a mailbox here as well and they are always very courteous and professional. Yes it get busy at times and parking can be an issue so I visit this location when I know it's not a busy time.

I have everything packed, especially my personal items that I do not want others to see and the employee here insists of removing it out of the package and putting it into a clear plastic package in front of everybody at the UPS store. I think that is very strange and uncomfortable. I have never had that experience with any other UPS store.

It is an extremely busy location and with limited space for parking and the store itself is small but every day, from morning to night the team at this location is diligently helping customers and keeping everyone as happy as possible.
