Very disappointed and annoyed. Anytime we have a package delivery for a Sunday, it either never arrives or is dropped off where we have to "hunt" it down in our yard or a an excuse to not deliver. Today I received a message from USPS that said driveway or front door was unaccessible, so not true. During the week deliveries are made without any issues. We have let our regular post office in Copperopolis know, yes, they are aware, many complaints from weekend valley springs post office.

I really appreciate talking to Lynn the Postmaster at our local office. Had to report a small delivery problem and she understood was super friendly and took care of it right away. Thank you, Lynn

I thought I posted a very positive review back in March 2020. I came in today to change it, but can't find that review, so I guess I'll start from scratch. I went to this Valley Springs PO because it's an authorized Passport Acceptance Facility. I brought the correct form, all filled out, with everything else I needed. The clerk told me I had filled out the wrong form, and gave me a different blank one. I went to the counter, copied my information from the one I brought to the new blank one she gave me, and submitted the one she told me to use, along with proper photos and the proper fee. I found out today that the original form I brought in WAS the right one, and that the one she gave me instead was the wrong one. The passport office is keeping my fee and my photos, and I have to start all over again. I wish I had not listened to the gal at this post office. She seemed well-intentioned, smart, and kind. But her error is putting me to a lot of trouble, including further delay of my receipt of my passport (in addition to delays caused byy recent stay-home/don't-work orders).
