- BMBob MorrisDec 22, 20253.0It took three hours to take care of being a walk in for a new passport application. They took the passport photos and all the necessary documents. We got there an hour early to qualify for the first 4 walk in applications. Then we all wented to almost 10am for them to take the first application. Then we took our turn refilling the application in only black ink. A few other items to do and more photo copies and we were all done! The line wasn't fast. They were very helpful though. Now, they charge extra because I had keys in the envelope instead of just a letter or document. A dollar or so turned into $8.40. A couple of ounces had me spend too much for simplely sending two mailbox keys. Also, I couldn't arrange the appointment time for getting a passport. This wasn't their fault. They did try to help me but the timing was off.

When you try to call, they do not answer. Whoever the supervisor is of this location, should be reprimanded for leading a facility in such a poor manner. The reviews say a lot about this location!
