Wow, I was really hoping the comments weren’t true. I’m not from California and I got sent some valuable items. No one answered the phone. And my package is missing, my hotel even called other hotels to make sure my package wasn’t left else where. No one has ever seen it. Not to mention it says delivered to mailbox ? There’s no mailbox at hotels. Suspicious things going on at this location l.

They have caused my package to be almost 2 weeks delayed because they refuse to accept the package or have the package status updated. No one mans the phones and communication has been nonexistent. You’re better off strapping your package to a dog and just hoping it gets there. (Edit) apparently, this location has a long lasting legacy of theft and dishonest. “When packages come into their facility they are never scanned in and the staff pick and choose from the packages dropped off”. After reading various notations and one star reviews on this apparent theft problem I’m impressed that this location hasn’t been shut down.

Package was stolen by employee here why has this usps office not been investigated? It is now known across the country for stealing packages and tampering with peoples mail both are federal crimes but there seems to be no supervision here as the employees are free to pick and choose what packages they want to keep for themselves.

I’ve only had awesome experiences here at my local post office! Love the post office workers here! They are fantastic postal employees here at Tournament, not like the Unprofessional, Rude and Lazy to help customers post office employees at the Valencia creekside office!
