After wasting my time the day prior for a holiday that everyone else was open on, I arrived at 3:59 pm the next day and the doors were locked. The employee was guarding the door and told me it closes at 4pm. I said, "it's 4pm now, any way I can get in there please?" He said "no, there's a long line already, sorry." Leaving me and my 2 year old outside in the rain. Such a jerk, I couldn't believe he was such an whole. Not to mention, he had just opened the door for someone else as I was walking in. Honestly it felt like reverse racism and its getting ridiculous.

One of the worst post office . They never deliver , they just live notice package is oversized ( about 30×30 inch and 20 lb) on Saturday at 7.. That is a big liy they do. And it happened many times. We are unfortunate to have that kind of service when post office continues to provide terrible service to people in 95688 zip code. That office needs to change and hire more responsible people. When I went to office they said because our delivery person had back problem, he couldn't pick up 20 lb package and deliver it Mr. Supervisor if your employees are having back problems, they need to sit at home till they get physically able to do their job. Or give them some job inside office. Don't make sick employees to do heavy job. It is against law.

Despite the long lines, this is a decent postal service office. All their shipping supplies are readily available, and if something goes wrong, the front desk attendant will guide you in the right path.

Always one window working, shame on its administration. And all the employees have the attitude that they own the place
