I have visited other Staples in different cities and it's all the same; unmotivated workers, no urgency and no customer service training whatsoever. The worse is Fairfield CA.

I was shipping a package out and the worker that they had didn't know how to ship a package and kept putting the addresses and everything wrong on them.. others tried to help him but he just didn't listen he kept just over talking to me and doing what he wanted and I kept telling him it's wrong that's wrong that's wrong and he just kept doing it the same. After a hour of going through this with him.. I ended up finding out that I was being charged double or FedEx office was charging for shipping.. and I still was going to pay it but he messed up so much I just took my stuff and went to FedEx office.. I'll tell you the truth shipping from this Staples would was the worst idea never do it at this Staples because I don't know what's going but that worker was incompetent... I ended up taking my boxes and going to FedEx office.. where they were quick and efficient and did it right the first time... No thanks to Staples you suck.!!!
