And to be mentioned, boxes in the walkways. everywhere. you’re aware disabled people come here? my mom is, and she hurt herself falling over a box in the middle of the fax machine area. Do better.

She was fairly aggressive with her responses and rude to me and the lady in-front of me. She was very condescending and when I told her she doesn’t need to be condescending. She replied that she was “being playful”. That is very inappropriate and not professional at all. She said something rude and then walked off. She clearly hates her job, if she feels she’s entitled to take her aggression out on customers.

Does not greet the customer sitting there wondering what's going on and when the customer finally asked about returns the lady with the red hair pointed to a sign and said we're only doing returns for clothes. The lady in line responded I do have clothes and the lady with red hair got up with an attitude and walked over to process the return. She's not customer service oriented. She getting paid hourly to provide service and she's not doing it well
