- OTOrin ThompsonJan 31, 20265.0The Highs: I typically come here for their self service printing kiosk and occasionally to ship things for work. I love the convenience of emailing my PDFs, getting an email back with the code, and then running in to print out what I need. The Lows: I find the printing cost for small sets of documents to be cheaper than printing at the UPS store but when it comes to shipping personal items, it can be a little pricey. Parking can be a little annoying here as well. The In-Between: Overall people are friendly and helpful here. For a fee, they will package your stuff for you and sometimes the price can be similar to if you buy the box, tape, filling, etc. directly from them. So I'd recommend that.

The package was supposed to be a 2-day ship, but it sat in limbo for over 3 days before mysteriously turning up in a nearby town after I submitted a support ticket through an arduous circus of robotic, unhelpful phone calls that hang up on you to having to resort to calling a branch location to finally be patched through to customer service. I don't know what, why, or how my box wound up in limbo, but it is frustrating as all get out that I select 2-day ship and it's not here yet as of 3x that length of time. I do understand that this would better reflect corporate over this branch, but this is the origin location of the package sent. Corporate FedEx seriously needs to rework how you submit an inquiry about shipments, as their current phone operation will just hang up on you when you ask about a specific shipment, and the online option just points you to the phone number you called that had just hung up on you.

- MPMia PerezOct 8, 20171.0They did not wanted to help me print out my papers. The lady at the desk was rude and very impatient. I had to go to Staples which is right in front of it, I saw the difference right away. If for some reason they are rude go to the staples cause people are nicer.
