- ALArthur LiMar 9, 20261.0I came to this Staples printing service yesterday to ask about scanning my passport pages. The staff quoted me $1 per page, but told me I would need to wait about an hour. Since I did not have time to wait, I decided to come back the next day. When I returned today, I was suddenly told that they could not scan passports at all. I asked them to check again because they had clearly told me the day before that it was possible. The clerk reluctantly went to check with her supervisor, who confirmed that yes, they could scan it. However, when they quoted the price again, it was now over $2 per page, more than double what they told me the previous day. The inconsistent pricing and the dismissive attitude from the staff were very frustrating. It felt disorganized and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
