Once we got to the counter he was extremely short and clearly upset that we even had to return 8 items. He snatched one of them out of my hand and then continued to slam others on the scale and throwing them into the bins behind him. As a hospitality worker myself I understand some days people can be difficult but we continued to be nice and patient with him hoping it would change his attitude but to no avail. Snippy attitude and physical aggression was not warranted and definitely not something we deserved. Really disappointing experience.
