They called me a day later explaining the printer was down but should be resolved in a couple days. I reached out a week later and it was still down.So I asked if the order could be moved to a different store. This was never done by the person that I talked to. A few days later I called again and now was told that moving it to another store is not an option. There have been no updates given throughout. This is not how you treat your customers.

I thanked him because I didn’t know how to do this He said come back in an hour. Then I decided to walk around the store. I looked at desks for my grandson for Xmas. I found the perfect one so I went to the employee and he ordered it for me, which I loved. Then I told him I saw a chair to go with it. He followed me to see how much it was and noticed he had a brand new one in the box. He then told me it was on sale because they are gonna replace it with a newer one! I got it at a good price! Anyway I h hi it all this done in no time at all! Had a great day
