Yeah I hope they get better securities soon from another company or we’ll make complaints on behalf of general manager and HOA. This company doesn’t deserve a star.

One of the homeowners called in for an issue and nothing happen, called back 15 minutes later and the dispatch said I just sent them the call. Don’t understand why our community pays so much for a security company for 24 hour patrol. Off to a very poor start.
